तीसरे स्टेप में आप को क्रीम त्यार करनी है उस के लिए एक चमच एलो वेरा ले आधा चमच ग्लिसरीन और थोड़ा सा विटामिन इ आयल मिक्स कर क क्रीम त्यार कराए. इसे रोज रात को सोने से पहले लगाए
