You may have seen a lot of offers for free cosmetics fro well known brands. You may have seen some unbelievable cosmetics offers for the same brands.

Examples include paying a couple of dollars postage for hundreds of dollars worth of cosmetics. At times you may have passed on the offers because you don’t know the motive behind such offers.

If you haven’t seen such offers but would like to, I’ll explain below how to find them. But first, let’s see if it is a good idea to opt in for such seemingly crazy offers. To decide whether it is a good idea to accept free cosmetics offers, you have to understand why the offers exist.

Everything I’m going to tell you relates to well known, respectable cosmetics firms. I cannot comment on the unknown up and coming firms. My personal feeling is that on this issue, you should only deal with the known organizations that are definitely being monitored by industry watchdogs.

With that said, let me tell you what NASA engineers say: “one test is more valuable than one thousand expert opinions”! After all the planning, all the design and all the analyses, the cosmetics brands need those vital “test results”.

These are market tests I’m talking about. They need your opinion and they are prepared to give you the very products that you might want. But testing is only one reason.

The other two important motives behind free cosmetics offers are market stimulation
and of course promotion. Both are really simple concepts. They give you free cosmetics, because they really believe they have a great product. Then if you agree with the vendor, you will go on buying the products and you will also rave about the product to your friends too.

The promotional aspect is based on getting you to try something new or something you already buy from the competition and again they’ll gain you as a customer if you like the product. By now you should have noticed that offering free cosmetics is just another marketing activity. It has been going on for a long time. If you deal with reputable companies, you will be just fine.

To get free cosmetics you simply need to search for it. All the big names provide free cosmetics and sometimes the amounts are extremely generous. Go to the major search engines and search for terms like “free cosmetics”, “cosmetics offers”, “free cosmetics offers”.

Some of these cosmetics offers require a simple zip code from you to get started. Others ask for your email address and some ask for your age and gender too. In all, they questions are pretty harmless.

Make sure you use a legitimate email address because often they will come back and give you even more just to get your opinion. You may want to use a separate email address though to keep your free cosmetics offers separate from your normal email.
